We are currently putting together a multidisciplinary group with the aim of helping us reduce our carbon footprint. As part of this initiative, we carried out a complete carbon assessment (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) in 2023, allowing us to examine our overall environmental impact.

Should you receive a missing, damaged or re-taped package, it is essential to make a complaint on the transport receipt and confirm this to us within 48 hours. Please note that only the following complaints are considered valid: "Damaged pallet, open packages, missing items". Should your complaint not be precise/significant/complete enough, we will not be able to process it.

We have a 93% fill rate. We are constantly striving to improve our fill rate in order to meet our clients' expectations as closely as possible.
If you're already a Gardette customer, here's what you'll need to do: if it's your first time logging in, you will need to choose a password. To do so, click on "Set my password". Fill in your e-professional e-mail address and click "Continue".
If the e-mail address given matches an existing customer account, you will receive an e-mail confirming your login. This takes a few seconds. Go into your inbox, find the confirmation e-mail and click on "Complete sign-up".
Set your password. Your password must contain more than eight characters. You will then be redirected to the login page, where you can now log in with your e-mail address and the password that you just chose.

These are additional lines that are added to your order when it does not reach the minimum billing threshold. The lines are added to reach this minimum, allowing the order to be processed.

Both of our sites are located in France. We cold draw our raw material at our Villars production site and our manufacturing is based in Villefranche-sur-Saône.
