Our sales department is available from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00 and on Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 16:30.

In all our offers and acknowledgements of receipt (AR), we explicitly mention departure times.
We are currently in the process of forming a multidisciplinary group in order to reduce our carbon footprint. As part of this initiative, we are carrying out a complete carbon assessment (SCOPES 1, 2 and 3) in 2023 which will allow us to assess our global environmental impact.

We stretch our raw material at the Villars site (department 42), while our production is located at the Villefranche-sur-Saône site (department 69).
Our reception and shipping services are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The company has 60 professionals divided into various categories, including technicians, engineers, support functions, sales representatives and management members.
We have a minimum of billing. I recommend that you contact our sales team to get specific details on this minimum billing.
We specialize in the manufacture of a wide range of keys and special parts. Our expertise extends to all fixing and assembly elements.
A missing, damaged or re-taped package! It is essential to put reservations on the transport receipt and to confirm them to us within 48 hours. Please note that the valid reservations are as follows: “damaged pallet, open packages, missing parts”. If the reservations are not accurate, significant and complete we will not be able to process your complaint.
These are the additional lines when your order does not reach the minimum billing limit. They are added to reach this minimum threshold and thus allow the order to be processed.
