How keys come to life with precision
At Gardette we use cutting machines, whether equipped with circular saws or band saws. We favor the use of high-performance cutting materials such as HSS and carbide tools, thus guaranteeing maximum reliability and quality. Thanks to our 15 machines, we are able to cut bars up to 6 meters in length.
Gardette: State-of-the-art equipment for custom machined parts
We have a set of equipment composed of 3-axis numerical controls. This equipment is assisted by two robotic cells specially designed for loading and unloading CNCs. We also have a conventional milling island that allows us to carry out various milling operations. completion such as cubing, creating shoulders, chamfers or slopes on parts.
Rectification: Eliminate imperfections to meet your needs
Flat and double-sided grinding is a finishing technique used to eliminate surface imperfections and achieve extremely precise dimensional tolerances during the manufacture of parts. It is a machining process that involves the use of abrasive wheels to remove thin layers of material.
We have two methods of tribofinishing: vibration and centrifugation. The vibration method consists in mixing the parts with abrasives in a vibrating bowl, at a specific frequency and amplitude. As for centrifugation, it involves the rotation of the parts thanks to a rotating bottom. These processes make it possible to eliminate burrs, sharp edges and imperfections present on the parts, thus improving their quality.
Quality excellence at the heart of all our activities
Raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are checked at every stage. Certificates and dimensions are checked upon receipt of raw materials, and parts are cross-sampled by operators during manufacturing. Before being put into stock, all production orders are subject to a final check according to the criteria of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards. The documents required by customers are issued during the final check. In addition to traditional control means, we use three-dimensional machines, optical controllers and cameras to achieve 100% control of our products.
