Who we are: responsive manufacturing

The philosophy behind key responsive manufacturing

Key responsive manufacturing is a concept that combines the best of lean manufacturing, pragmatism, Agile methods and modern technology to include all of a company's processes, benefitting both production and the client. This method, developed by Gardette, is based on five key principles: agile management, custom business solutions, manufacturing across small production cells, an internalised value chain, and smart digitalisation.

QHSE

A solid QHSE policy

• Training and raising awareness: with concrete actions towards training, reception, planning and safety

Risk management: risk assessment, planning, implementing an incident management system, monitoring, adapting our system to ISO 14001 & 45001 standards

Environmental management: setting up an “energy efficiency” task group, working on reducing our carbon emissions, identifying and assessing our environmental impact in order to continuously minimise them, raising awareness among our employees & encourage good environmental practices

• Culture of safety & quality: establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to better monitor our QHSE progress, retaining employees by listening to them and fostering a healthy work environment.
Our story
gardette, atelier, pièces

A century-old group that looks to the future

Gardette Industries - a French manufacturer - has been growing steadily since it was founded in 1925. Although we are a dynamic modern company, we are also very proud of our history as a family business. For the last five years, Gardette has continuously invested in innovation and performance, both in production and in support functions. Our ambition is clear: show that we can reindustrialise France while remaining competitive internationally.
