‍Plan review

Selection of materials: We validate the material indicated by the customer and ensure whether heat and/or surface treatment is necessary to obtain the desired characteristics. We are the only manufacturer in the world that has our own cold rolling, drawing and heat treatment plant. This know-how allows us to manufacture a wide variety of standard and special steel profiles.

Then we create a production range in our ERP system. • Saws and milling machines to cut raw parts and also to make cubing, slopes, shoulders or chamfers.
• Grinding machines (flat and double-sided) that remove a very thin layer of material from the part and that allow a precise surface condition to be obtained.
• Numerical controls that are used for various types of machining (contouring, pocket, drilling, shoulder,...) to meet customer needs.
• 2 robotic cells for loading/unloading machining centers in order to increase our production capacities and increase our flexibility on our deadlines.
• Of vibratory finishing machines. This makes it possible to improve the finish of the parts by eliminating sharp edges, polishing the surfaces, and giving the parts the desired final appearance.
