At Gardette Industries, we use our own raw materials, cold-drawn at our factory in Villars, France, enabling us to optimise production while minimising waste.
As for the machining process, we have a fleet of almost 100 machines at our site located in Villefranche-sur-Saône, France.
Our milling and CNC equipment are assisted by robotic systems specially designed for loading and unloading machining centres, which improves performance considerably.
Slotted parallel keys are standard keys, usually produced according to DIN 6885 standards, with one or more through holes.
These slots allow the key to be fixed to the shaft or to the fastened component using screws or pins. Such keys are commonly used in applications that require additional fastening to avoid any axial shaft movement.
Threaded keys are similar to slotted keys, except the through holes have an internal thread into which screws can be inserted. This allows for even sturdier fastening.
Keys with an internal thread are used in applications where very secure fixing is required.
