Vibratory tribofinishing with vibratory bowls
- This method involves mixing metal parts with specific abrasives in a vibratory tribofinishing bowl. The constant movement allows for uniform deburring and polishing of surfaces, ideal for small and medium series or parts with complex shapes.
Centrifugal tribofinishing with rotating bottoms
- This technique uses the rapid rotation of parts in rotating bottoms to generate intense and precise tribofinishing polishing. It is particularly suitable for parts requiring a uniform edge radius and a quick finish on larger volumes. The choice between these technologies depends on several criteria: the size and shape of the parts, the type of material, and the expected end result.

Centrifugal finishing with rotating drums now benefits from a new machine offering superior performance for processing metal parts:
- Speed: While one batch of parts is being processed, another batch can be prepared and separated using a magnetic conveyor belt, significantly reducing waiting times.
- Efficiency: Capable of processing up to 100 kg more parts than the old machine, it can handle larger volumes while ensuring a uniform finish.
