Variegated Filet Repair Kits - Machine Pro

The variegated PRO net kits contain Helicoil in lengths from 1.5 D to 2.5 D, which are perfectly adapted to most needs.

These kits also include an HSS cone cutter and a machine installation tool that is compatible with cordless screwdriver bits. With the PRO threaded kits In combination, you will thus be able to screw your threaded inserts safely and effectively.

How do you assemble an attached net?

Our Reported nets repair kits can be installed manually or using a cordless screwdriver, to do so, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Start by drilling through the damaged thread using a twist drill.
  2. Then use a cone cutter to flare out the hole.
  3. Use cutting oil to limit heating and to push chips out of the cutting area.
  4. Finally, place your net Helicoil of repair.
    The procedure differs depending on the type of tapping (manual or machine).

How it works for manual tapping

  • Use the assembly tool for manual assembly.
  • Insert the repair thread into the tool so that it is securely in place in the groove.
  • Apply slight pressure and screw the added thread into the assembly thread.

How it works for machine tapping

  • First, adjust the locknuts to the desired mounting depth.
  • Screw the repair thread onto the tool and insert it into the mounting thread.
  • Once the lock nut is in place, set the machine to a counterclockwise rotation to unscrew the installation tool.
